What begins as the body's way of protecting you can, over time, start to feel heavy - leaving you tired, sore, disconnected and unsure how to return to balance.

When we continue to hold onto stress, trauma and emotion,
it can begin to show up in many ways:

 

  • physical tension or pain

  • emotional overwhelm or numbness

  • behavioural patterns like people-pleasing,
    controlling, overworking, or withdrawing

When you begin to feel safe in your own body, everything changes.
About Section

We live in a world that moves fast - and often we do too.

But beneath the rush, your body carries wisdom that's been waiting to be heard.

The body speaks in the language of sensations, and they are often subtle and easy to ignore, until the voice becomes louder and more intense.

When you can learn to recognize the subtle whispers and connect to them, the body begins to metabolize tension, pain and emotional turmoil, bringing them to a manageable level in a short amount of time.

​​​​I'm Andrea and I am passionate about helping you slow down enough to listen.

 

Why? Because I've been there myself - ignoring the whispers until they became too big to silence - waiting until burn out, physical pain and depression brought my life to a grinding halt.

​

And I've come out the other side feeling stronger and more deeply connected to myself, my body and the people in my life.

 

Working together, with gentle, embodied practices, we help to bring attention to what's living below the surface and allow release through awareness, breath, and movement - creating safety in the body and a sense of peace in the mind.
