What sets Embrace apart from other retreats?

At Embrace, we believe a retreat should be an enriching getaway, giving you time and space to  allow for a deeper physical and emotional withdrawal from the stress and responsibilities of everyday life.

Natural, peaceful surroundings provide an immediate calming effect, making it easy to let go and bring your awareness to the most important thing in your life - YOU. That's why you won't find our retreats taking place in urban hotels and stuffy conference rooms.

We all crave heartfelt human connection. It's what gives us the courage to love ourselves and inspires us to show up more authentically. By sharing space and our hearts with others on the same journey, we can let our true selves shine.

We believe that shouldn't end once the retreat is over. Each activity is designed to provide tools that are easy to incorporate into your regular routine. Consistent, sustainable changes are the key to living a more joyful and abundant life. Don't worry, we won't leave you hanging.

WEEKEND RETREATS

Our weekend retreats are all-inclusive, meaning you just have to show up and unwind. No meals to prepare, no houses to clean, no schedules to manage.

Simply relax in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy classes, workshops and free time - all designed to pamper you - body, mind and soul.

We're currently do not have any weekend retreat offerings scheduled. Be sure to check back for information on any upcoming multi-day retreats.

MINI
RETREATS

We get it. Life can be busy, and there's not always room in everyone's calendar, or budget, for a multi-day retreat.

With this in mind, we are pleased to offer mini-retreats, which allow you to enjoy many of the benefits of a larger retreat on a smaller scale.
